President
Cedric is the founder of Custom Delivery and has been in the retail home delivery industry since 2005. An entrepreneur from a very young age, Cedric’s hands on approach paired with his competitive nature and desire to create something unique has allowed the company to grow from a single delivery truck into what it is today.

Chief Operating Officer
Mark has an extensive background in operations with experience on 4 different continents leading diverse groups of people. With over 20 years of involvement in both operations and hospitality, Mark has the ability to bring people together, helping them create unity in regards to their objectives. His fresh outlook into our business model has allowed us to greatly improve our efficiency, culture and business development. Mark is known for his outgoing nature and ‘can-do’ attitude, encouraging the whole team to set their sights high and push the limits of what is possible.
Regional Manager – AB South
Jeremey has over 10 years of operational experience in retail home delivery. He entered the scene as a swamper and has worked his way up the ranks into a Regional Manager role. Jeremey is known for his ability to remain extremely calm and composed while navigating the most complex delivery situations. He is very hands on with all deliveries, ensuring even the most difficult go off without a hitch. With over a decade of moving and delivery experience under his belt, he brings extensive product, industry and process knowledge to the company, yet still approaches every day as another opportunity to expand his skills and experience.
